The Quick Quiz section of this Web site supports the Interagency Coordinating Committee on the Prevention of Underage Drinking of which the lead agency is the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
