This chart, based on the Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance Surveys from 1991–2019, compares the percentage of students in grades 9 to 12 who rode with a driver who had been drinking alcohol during the prior month. Data on students who drove when they had been drinking is also provided for 2013-2019 (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; no date)
