A Town Hall Meeting Discussion on the most abused substance by our youth.

Parents, students, town leaders and concerned citizens, please join the Portsmouth Prevention Coalition for a community discussion about this serious problem.
A panel presentation and audience discussion with Gabrielle Abbate, Executive Director of RI Mothers Against Drunk Driving; Portsmouth Police Chief, Thomas Lee; Juvenile Detective Michael Morris, Portsmouth Prosecuting Attorney, Cort Chappell, Portsmouth High School Student Assistance Counselor, Kelly O’Loughlin and Portsmouth Prevention Coalition Coordinator, Ray Davis will address the current statistics, trends, laws, consequences and dangers of underage drinking in Portsmouth as well as tips for parents and teens with opportunities for questions and discussions.
