The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), as the lead agency for the Interagency Coordinating Committee on the Prevention of Underage Drinking, has released 2010 Town Hall Meetings: Mobilizing Communities To Prevent and Reduce Underage Alcohol Use (PDF 6.88MB). The report assesses implementation and perceived outcomes of SAMHSA-sponsored Town Hall Meetings held in 2010. Findings are based on a qualitative and quantitative survey completed by participating community-based organizations.
