At the request of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has established an Interagency Coordinating Committee on the Prevention of Underage Drinking (ICCPUD) to develop a plan to combat underage drinking and issue an annual report, consisting of representatives from:

ICCPUD developed this Web site to provide one-stop access to a range of Government-approved materials on underage drinking, primarily through linkages to agency sites. The site also gives information on the Federal plan addressing this issue, a catalog of related Federal programs, and other information.
